000 TTAA00 KBIS 010231 RRA SVRBIS NDC093-047-010315- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE BISMARCK ND 931 PM CDT SUN AUG 31 1997 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BISMARCK HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1015 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN EAST CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA ...SOUTHWESTERN STUTSMAN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA ...NORTHERN LOGAN COUNTY AT 925 PM CDT A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM 70 MILES EAST OF BISMARCK TO 40 MILES EAST OF BISMARCK. THE LINE IS MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH. PERSONS IN THE TOWNS OF STREETER AND GACKLE SHOULD FIND A PLACE OF SAFETY. DUE TO THE SLOW MOVEMENT OF THE STORMS...HEAVY RAIN WILL LIKELY CAUSE SOME STREET FLOODING AS WELL AS DITCH FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE INTO WATER COVERING ANY ROADS.
