IN NORTHWEST NORTH DAKOTA ...MOUNTRAIL COUNTY AT 717 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 55 MILES WEST SOUTHWEST OF MINOT OR 7 MILES SOUTHWEST OF BELDEN. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST 20 MPH. THE TOWNS OF PARSHALL AND PLAZA ARE IN ITS PATH. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.
