FLASH FLOOD WARNING AND SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE
UNTIL  230 AM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS ALONG THE CHAVES-DE BACA COUNTY LINE IS
MOVING RAPIDLY NORTHWARD. EARLIER IN THE EVENING THIS LINE OF
THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCED STRONG WINDS ALONG WITH HEAVY RAINS AND
FLOODING. IN ADDITION THERE WAS A REPORT OF A TORNADO WITH THE
THUNDERSTORMS AS THE LINE SWEPT THROUGH ROSWELL.
