AT MIDNIGHT THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINS WERE LOCATED ACROSS
EASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH.
 
DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED NEARLY 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN OVER THE
PAST HOUR FROM THE HONDO AND PICACHO AREAS NORTHWARD TO ARABELA.
