SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AND FLASH FLOOD WARNING

AT 845 PM...DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW A LARGE SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAIN NEAR THE COMMUNITY OF
TRUJILLO...OR 25 MILES EAST OF LAS VEGAS. LITTLE MOVEMENT WAS
INDICATED.
 
THIS IS A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS FLASH FLOOD SITUATION! RADAR HAS
ESTIMATED BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES OF RAIN WITHIN THE PAST HOUR. VERY
HEAVY RAIN WAS OBSERVED IN TRUJILLO AND FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY...
ESPECIALLY ALONG STATE ROAD 104. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THROUGH
WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED.
