20 MILES NORTH OF LAWRENCE...NEAR VALLEY FALLS TO ABOUT 15 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF LAWRENCE.
 
THE DOUGLAS COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED WATER OVER MANY INTERSECTIONS IN THE
CITY OF LAWRENCE. HIGH WATER IS LIKELY ACROSS MANY RURAL ROADS AS WELL.
 
THE RAIN SHOULD CONTINUE OVER JEFFERSON AND DOUGLAS COUNTIES INTO THE
EARLY MORNING HOURS.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
