IN CENTRAL UTAH ...SOUTHEASTERN UTAH COUNTY...SOUTHERN WASATCH COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL UTAH ...CARBON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST UTAH ...SOUTHERN DUCHESNE COUNTY WEATHER SPOTTERS IN THE PRICE UTAH AREA REPORT STREET FLOODING FROM RECENT HEAVY RAINFALL. THE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING THIS HEAVY RAINFALL IN CARBON COUNTY WILL MOVE NORTHEAST AND AFFECT SOUTHEAST UTAH...SOUTHERN DUCHESNE AND SOUTHERN WASATCH COUNTIES OVER THE NEXT 60-90 MINUTES. THUNDERSTORMS HAVE FORMED OVER SOUTHERN UTAH AS OF NOON...AND WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE AND AFFECT PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN AND EASTERN UTAH THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE AREA OF CONCERN INCLUDES BRYCE CANYON...CANYONLANDS...AND ARCHES NATIONAL PARKS...AS WELL AS THE LAKE POWELL REGION.
