FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  1000 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN EAST CENTRAL UTAH

   ...CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN CARBON COUNTY

AN ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORM AND ALREADY SWOLLEN WATERWAYS IN CARBON
COUNTY WILL PRODUCE FALSH FLOODING ONCE AGAIN IN SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL
CARBON.  AREAS IN AND AROUND PRICE AND WELLINGTON HIT EARLIER IN THE
EVENING MAY BE ESPECIALLY PRONE TO FLASH FLOODING THROUGH 1000 PM.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED
...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO NOT STAY IN
AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.

         ...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXTREME EASTERN UTAH...

SATELLITE IMAGERY AND DOPPLER RADAR SHOWS A NUMBER OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS OVER EXTREME EASTERN UTAH EARLY THIS EVENING.  THE
STRONGEST STORMS WERE OVER GRAND COUNTY NEAR THOMPSON SPRINGS /NORTH
OF MOAB/ AND IN SOUTHERN SAN JUAN COUNTY NEAR MEXICAN HAT.  MOVEMENT
WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20-25 MPH.

STORMS EARLIER PRODUCED SMALL HAIL...HEAVY RAINFALL ALONG MINOR FLASH
FLOODING.  THESE NEW STORMS LOOK JUST AS STRONG...SO BE PREPARED FOR
A REPEAT OF EARLIER ACTIVITY.  REMEMBER...A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN
EFdFECT FOR EASTERN UTAH UNTIL 1000 MP THIS EVENING.  STAY TUNED TO
