FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN WEST WEST VIRGINIA

MODERATE TO HEAVY HAS FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF CABELL SINCE EARLY THIS
MORNING. THE GROUND IS SATURATED. SMALL STREAMS ARE NEAR BANKFUL WITH
MORE RAIN MOVING INTO THE AREA.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
