FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  900 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...S...
 
IN WEST WEST VIRGINIA
 
   ...LINCOLN COUNTY...WAYNE COUNTY
 
RAIN AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DUMPED UP TO 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN
SINCE 700 AM THIS MORNING IN PORTIONS OF WAYNE AND LINCOLN COUNTIES.
SMALL STREAMS ARE COMING OUT OF THIER BANKS IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS.
FLOODING IS REPORTED ALONG FOURMILE CREEK AND KENTUCK FORK
NEAR RANGER IN LINCOLN COUNTY.
 
OCCASIONAL RAIN AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE
INTO THE EVENING HOURS. THIS WILL LIKELY LEAD TO MORE SMALL STREAM
FLOODING IN THIS AREA.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. WATCH OUT FOR MUD SLIDES.
