MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS THIS AREA TODAY. MORE
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED THIS EVENING. MANY SMALL
STREAMS ARE RUNNING NEAR BANKFULL OR BEGINING TO OVERFLOW AND RUNOFF
FROM TODAYS RAIN WILL LIKELY CAUSE ADDITIONAL SMALL STREAM FLOODING.
 
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF ONE HALF INCH IN AN HOUR WILL CAUSE
SMALL STREAM FLOODING.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE

ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. WATCH OUT FOR MUD SLIDES.
