IN PENNSYLVANIA ...LEHIGH COUNTY THE JORDAN CREEKS IN WHITEHALL TOWNSHIP IS RISING RAPIDLY. POLICE HAVE CLOSED OFF ROUTE 309. THE JORDAN CREEK SHOULD CONTINUED TO RISE FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS REACHING NEAR 9 FEET. FLOOD STAGE IS 7 FEET. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE AREA. HEAVY HEAVY RAINS CAUSE FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS IN A HURRY. BE ALERT FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING CONDITIONS.
