FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO
 
   ...TUSCARAWAS COUNTY
 
A FIRE DEPARTMENT FROM TUSCARAWAS COUNTY HAS REPORTED THAT SUGAR CREEK
NEAR DOVER IS NEAR BANKFUL. AN ICE BUILDUP IN THE CREEK IS CAUSING THE
WATER TO RISE.
 
A TRAILER PARK MAY BE AFFECTED BY HIGH WATER ALONG WITH OTHER BUILDINGS
AND ROADS THAT ARE IN THE AREA.
 
 
BE CAREFUL AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGER OF
FLOODS.  IF YOU GET ANY INDICATION THAT FLOODS ARE
APPROACHING...QUICKLY  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
