THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A
FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1215 PM EST
FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO
 
   ...COSHOCTON COUNTY.
 
AT 8 AM THE OFFICE OF THE COSHOCTON COUNTY SHERIFF SAYS THERE HAS BEEN
FLOODING ALONG THE WALHONDING RIVER 5 MILES EAST OF WARSAW OHIO...CAUSED
BY WATER BUILDING UP BEHIND ICE JAMS. ABOUT 70 PEOPLE HAVE BEEN
EVACUATED TO A SHELTER IN WARSAW. THE FLOODING IS NEAR ROUTE 36.
 
DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.  THE WATER
MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT
IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
