THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS EXTENDED THE FLOOD
WARNING UNTIL 1000 PM EST TONIGHT FOR THE FOLLOWING...

IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO

   ...COSHOCTON COUNTY.

AT 1120 AM...THE OFFICE OF THE COSHOCTON COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED NO
IMPROVEMENT TO EARLIER FLOODING. THE WATER IS STILL RISING SLOWLY.
BECAUSE OF THIS SLOW RISE...IT WILL ALSO TAKE QUITE A WHILE FOR THE
WATER TO RECEDE...WHENEVER THE ICE JAM DECIDES TO BREAK.

THE FLOODING IS STILL IN PROGRESS ALONG THE WALHONDING RIVER 5 MILES
EAST OF WARSAW OHIO...NEAR ROUTE 36.

DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATERB COVERS THE ROAD.  THE WATER
MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT
IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
