FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE AT BROOKHAVEN HAS EXTENDED THE FLOOD
WARNING FOR ALL OF ORANGE COUNTY UNTIL 11:00 AM.
 
THE LATEST DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES ARE SHOWING 4 TO 7
INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS OCCURRED IN THE LAST SEVERAL HOURS IN CENTRAL AND
NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY ESPECIALLY FROM THE TOWN OF GOSHEN
NORTHWARD.
 
YOUR NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAD REPORTS OF BASEMENTS FLOODING IN
GOSHEN. REPORTS OF SOME ROAD AND PARKING LOT FLOODING AROUND THE COUNTY
HAS ALSO BEEN REPORTED. THE STEADY...ACCUMULATING RAINFALL WILL END
BY LATE MORNING OR EARLY AFTERNOON.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
