IN EAST CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA ...BEAUFORT COUNTY AT 915 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN NEWPORT INDICATED A TORNADO SOUTHWESWT OF AURORA IN SOUTHWEST BEAUFORT COUNTY. THE TORNADO IS MOVING RAPIDLY NORTHEAST ACROSS THE PAMLICO RIVER TOWARDS BATH BY 930 AM. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION. ACT QUICKLY.
