FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 600 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN WEST TENNESSEE

   ...FAYETTE COUNTY
 
FLOODING CONTINUES IN FAYETTE COUNTY WITH THE FAYETTE COUNTY
SHERIFF REPORTING 25 PEOPLE EVACUATED BETWEEN OAKLAND AND MACON
DUE TO FLOOD WATERS. WHILE THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE OVER THE AREA
DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES DECREASING RAINFALL RATES WITH THESE STORMS.
FLOODED AREAS SHOULD SEE A GRADUAL RECEDING OF FLOOD WATERS BY
600 AM.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
