AT 7:45 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 8 MILES
SOUTH OF JASPER INDIANA OR 55 MILES WEST OF LOUISVILLE. THIS POSSIBLE
TORNADO WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH. THE THUNDERSTORM WITH THIS
SECOND POSSIBLE TORNADO WILL MOVE TO MENTOR BY 8:00 PM EDT.
