FOR PERSONS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY

AT 2:30 PM EDT HIGH WATER WAS COVERING SEVERAL ROADS OVER NORTHERN AND
EASTERN HARRISON COUNTY...30 MILES NORTH OF LEXINGTON. IN ADDITION
WEATHER RADAR INDICATED AROUND 1 INCH OF RAIN OVER THE
LAST HOUR.
 
HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO FALL OVER HARRISON COUNTY FOR THE NEXT FEW
HOURS.
 
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
