AT 250 PM MDT...A DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY NORTH PLATTE
DOPPLER RADAR 20 MILES SOUTHWEST OF MULLEN MOVING SOUTH AT 18 MPH.
THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN IN RURAL AREAS.
