TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 600 PM MDT (700 PM CDT)
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA

   ...EASTERN PERKINS COUNTY

AT 455 PM MDT...A POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY NORTH PLATTE
DOPPLER RADAR 18 MILES EAST SOUTHEAST OF OGALLALA OR 9 MILES NORTH OF
ELSIE MOVING SOUTH AT 17 MPH. THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN IN
RURAL AREAS.

THE MOST SEVERE PART OF THIS STORM WILL BE JUST NORTH OF MADRID AND
ELSIE BY 5:40 PM MDT (6:40 PM CDT.)
