IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA ...DEUEL COUNTY AT 506 PM MDT...A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS 26 MILES EAST SOUTHEAST OF SIDNEY OR IN THE VICINITY OF CHAPPELL MOVING SOUTH AT 17 MPH.
