SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1130 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN CENTRAL NEBRASKA
 
   ...WESTERN CUSTER COUNTY
 
AT 1025 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM LOCATED 5
MILES SOUTHWEST OF ARNOLD...OR 25 MILES NORTHEAST OF NORTH PLATTE. THE
STORM WAS MOVING EAST-SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH. THE STORM WILL PASS SOUTH OF
ARNOLD BY 1040 PM CDT...AND MOVE TO NEAR CALLAWAY AT 1105 PM CDT.
 
THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING LARGE HAIL...WITH GOLFBALL SIZE
REPORTED 5 MILES WEST OF STAPLETON AT 955 PM CDT...AND WINDOWS REPORTED
BROKEN OUT OF A HOME.
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.  REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO
