NORTH OF ARTHUR..OR 37 MILES SOUTHWEST OF MULLEN. THE STORM WAS MOVING
EAST AT 35 MPH. THE STORM WILL MOVE TO NEAR THREE MILE LAKE...OR 13
MILES NORTHEAST OF ARTHUR BY 820 PM CDT (720 PM MDT).
