FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  645 AM EST (745 AM EDT)
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN NORTHEAST INDIANA

   ...DE KALB COUNTY...STEUBEN COUNTY


IN NORTHWEST OHIO

   ...DEFIANCE COUNTY...WILLIAMS COUNTY

AT 330 AM EST/430 AM EDT THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINS
CONTINUED...NEARLY STATIONARY...ACROSS STEUBEN...DEKALB...WILLIAMS...AND
DEFIANCE COUNTIES. THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE
THROUGH 645 AM EST/745 AM EDT FOR THESE COUNTIES. SHOWERS HAVE
DIMINISHED IN LAGRANGE AND NOBLE COUNTIES...ALLOWING THE FLASH FLOOD
WARNING TO EXPIRE IN THOSE AREAS.

IN BRYAN OHIO SOME CITY ROADS WERE IMPASSABLE AND SOME OF THE COUNTY
ROADS...IN WILLIAMS COUNTY...HAD 2 TO 3 FEET OF WATER STANDING ON THEM.


DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
