FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  330 AM EST (430 AM EDT)
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTHEAST INDIANA
 
   ...DE KALB COUNTY...SOUTHERN LAGRANGE COUNTY...NOBLE COUNTY

AT 123O AM EST/130 AM EST THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINS WERE
LOCACTED FROM BRYAN OHIO TO 10 MILES SOUTHEAST OF LAGRANGE. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING SLOWLY EAST AT 20 MPH. SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP WEST OF THE WARNING AREA AND
MOVING EASTWARD ACROSS IT FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS. THESE AREAS COULD 
EAN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN.
 
SHERRIFFS DEPARTMENTS ARE REPORTING NUMEROUS ROADS FLOODING DUE TO THE
HEAVY RAINFALL. THESE CONDITIONS WILL ONLY WORSEN AS THE NIGHT GOES ON. 
SMANY SMALL RIVERS AND STREAMS ACROSS THE AREA WILL LIKELY CONTINUE TO
RISE AS WELL.
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
