AT 1015 PM...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS MERGING BETWEEN
CAMPBELLTON AND PLEASANTON. RAINFALL WITH THESE STORMS...NEAR
3 INCHES PER HOUR...WILL PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.  MERGING
THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OFTEN PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS.  MOVEMENT
WAS SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WINDS CAN REACH SPEEDS OVER 60 MPH.  THESE WINDS
BLOW DOWN TREES...POWER LINES...AND SEVERELY DAMAGE MOBILE HOMES...
SOMETIMES BUILDINGS.  VERY LARGE HAIL CAN INJURE ANYONE CAUGHT
OUTSIDE.
