FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1030 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS......
 
IN  PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...HUNTINGDON COUNTY
 
AS OF 715 PM WATER WAS STILL OVER SOME ROADS IN THE GERMANY VALLEY AREA
OF HUNTINGDON COUNTY. RADAR SHOWED ANOTHER CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS
MOVING OVER THIS AREA. STORMS SHOULD EXIT THE SOUTHERN PART OF THE
COUNTY BY 8 PM. IT WILL TAKE SEVERAL HOURS FOR THE FLOOD WATERS TO
RECEDE.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
