000 TTAA00 KCTP 202111 FFWCTP PAC057-055-210015- BULLETIN - EAS ACTIVATION REQUESTED FLASH FLOOD WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE STATE COLLEGE PA 511 PM EDT THU JUN 20 1996 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 815 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...... IN PENNSYLVANIA ...FULTON AND FRANKLIN COUNTIES DOPPLER RADAR SHOWS A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS OVER FULTON COUNTY. THE STRONGEST STORMS ARE BETWEEN NEEDMORE AND MCCONNELLSBURG. THESE STORMS ARE SLOWLY MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST TOWARD BIG COVE IN FULTON COUNTY AND SYLVAN IN FRANKLIN COUNTY. NEW STORMS COUNTINUE TO DEVELOP ON THE OVER WESTERN FULTON COUNTY. TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS ARE LIKELY WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN AND FLOODING A SERIOUS THREAT TO THE REGION. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
