SOUTHWEST LA CROSSE TO 40 MILES NORTHWEST OF DUBUQUE. THE STORMS WERE
MOVING EAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL BE NEAR CLAYTON IOWA AND
BLOOMINGTON WISCONSIN BY 250 AM AND BOSCOBEL AND LANCASTER BY 3 AM.
 
WINDS fOF 60 MPH OR HIGHER CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM ALONG
WITH DEADLY LIGHTNING. MOVE INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING SUCH AS YOUR
