AT 430 PM A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH TORRENTIAL RAIN WAS OVER NORTHERN
RENSSELAER COUNTY. THIS STORM HAS BEEN NEARLY STATIONARY OVER
PITTSTOWN...AND RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL OVER
THE PAST HOUR. IF THIS TREND CONTINUES...FLASH FLOODING IS IMMINENT.
