IN NORTHEAST NEW MEXICO ...SOUTHERN UNION COUNTY AT 227 PM MDT RADAR INDICATES AND SPOTTERS REPORT TORNADO ON THE GROUND 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF CLAYTON NEAR CLAPHAM.
