THUNDERSTORMS ARE LINGERING ACROSS THE EASTCENTRAL PLAINS NEAR THE
EASTERN BORDER. AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE...OVER NORTHWESTERN NEW
MEXICO AT THE MOMENT...WILL MOVE TOWARD THE SOUTHEAST ACROSS NEW MEXICO
TODAY AND TONIGHT. THE AIRMASS OVER EASTERN NEW MEXICO REMAINS
UNSTABLE.
