FROM WEST OF VINITA TO NEAR CLAREMORE. WINDS IN EXCESS OF 70 MILES
AN HOUR ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE
NORTHEAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR.
