FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  200 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...EASTERN PAWNEE COUNTY
 
AT 1050 PM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL RATES OF 2 INCHES IN
ONE HOUR HAVE FALLEN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.   ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL
BE POSSIBLE AS ANOTHER BAND OF STORMS MOVES THROUGH THE AREA BY
MIDNIGHT.
