FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS
 
   ...MORRIS COUNTY
 
DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES NEARLY TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN IN THE
LAST THREE HOURS SOUTH OF MANHATTAN ACROSS MORRIS COUNTY.
 
THIS HEAVY RAIN WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS...LOW WATER
CROSSINGS AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
 
WATER HAS BEEN REPORTED RUNNING ACROSS STATE HIGHWAY K-4 EAST OF
LATIMER.
 
MOST FLOODING DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS BRI:DGES... DIPS... OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL
