FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN CENTRAL KANSAS

   ...DICKINSON COUNTY

RAINFALL ESTIMATES OF TWO TO FOUR INCHES ARE INDICATED FOR MUCH OF
DICKINSON COUNTY. THE DICKINSON COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTS SEVERAL ROADS
UNDER WATER AND RAIN CONTINUING. THIS IS A SERIOUS FLOODING SITUATION!
DO NOT CROSS WATER OVER ROADWAYS. THE ROADBED MAY BE WASHED AWAY!
MOST FLOODING DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS BRIDGES... DIPS... OR LOW SPOTS IF WA"TER COVERS THE
