IN SOUTHEAST NEW YORK ...WESTERN PUTNAM COUNTY A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING INTO WESTERN PUTNAM COUNTY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOURS. THE STORM WAS MOVING ACROSS COLD SPRING...AND MCKEEL CORNERS. THIS STORM WILL CONTINUE NORTHEAST INTO DUTCHESS COUNTY OVER THE NEXT HOUR. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 58 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
