IN SOUTHEAST NEW YORK ...SOUTHERN ORANGE COUNTY...NORTHERN ROCKLAND COUNTY A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING ACROSS SOUTHERN ORANGE COUNTY JUST SOUTH OF MONROE...NEAR SOUTHFIELDS...MOVING TOWARDS ARDEN AND HARRIMAN. ALSO OVER NORTHERN ROCKLAND ALONG THE ORANGE BORDER...NEAR STONY POINT...TOMPKINS COVE...AND ALONG THE NORTHERN EDGE OF BEAR MOUNTAIN STATE PARK.
