FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE

THE HEAVY RAINS THAT HAVE HIT DAVIDSON COUNTY WILL MOVE THROUGH
RUTHERFORD COUNTY BY ABOUT 3 PM. SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS MAY COME OUT
OF THEIR BANKS AND COVER LOW SPOTS ON ROADWAYS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
