FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINS HAVE REMAINED OVER HUMPHREYS COUNTY
DURING THE PAST HOUR. RADAR ESTIMATES ABOUT 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEDURING THE PAST 45 MINUTES. MANY SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS ARE EXPECTED TCOME OUT OF THEIR BANKS. ROADS MAY BECOME COVERED BY DEEP WATER.
