SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1115 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA

RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR BYRON IN WESTERN OLMSTED
COUNTY. SOME TOWNS IN THE PATH OF THE STORM ARE ROCHESTER AND CHESTER.
THE STORM SHOULD BE NEAR ROCHESTER BY 11 PM. A TORNADO WATCH IS IN
EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM.
 
PEOPLE IN THE AFFECTED AREA SHOULD TAKE SHELTER IN A STRONG
BUILDING.  DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN AND
DEADLY LIGHTNING ARE ALL POSSIBLE.  STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
MOTORISTS SHOULD GET OFF THE ROAD AND FIND A SAFE SHELTER.
