000 TTAA00 KRST 140355 TORRST MNC109-140430- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ROCHESTER MN 1054 PM CDT SUN AUG 13 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ROCHESTER MN HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1130 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA ...OLMSTED COUNTY DOPPLER RADAR IN MINNEAPOLIS INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO NEAR ROCK DELL IN SOUTHWEST OLMSTED COUNTY. SOME TOWNS IN THE PATH OF THE STORM ARE ROCHESTER. THE TORNADO SHOULD BE NEAR ROCHESTER BY 1110 PM. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THE TORNADO...GIMMEDIATELY TO THE BASEMENT OR AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR OF A STURDY REINFORCED BUILDING. STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
