OSCEOLA AND BLYTHEVILLE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR. PERSONS IN
BLYTHEVILLE ARKANSAS AND STEELE MISSOURI ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM
AND SHOULD SEEK SHELTER IMMEDIATELY.
 
A SPOTTER REPORTED A POSSIBLE TORNADO IN THE SAME AREA.
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE
IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF
AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR POSSIBLE.  AVOID WIND(OWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES
