TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  230 PM CDT
FOR PERSONS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...S...
 
IN EAST ARKANSAS
 
   ...CROSS COUNTY...ST.FRANCIS COUNTY
 
AT 200 PM..DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO OVER THE WESTERN
PART OF ST FRANCIS COUNTY NORTHWEST OF PALESTINE. MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40
MPH..THE STORM CONTAINING THE POSSIBLE TORNADO WILL MOVE OVER THE WYNNE
AND CHERRY VALLEY AREAS IN CROSS COUNTY BY 230 PM.
 
THERE HAVE BEEN SIGHTINGS OF FUNNEL CLOUDS WITH THIS STORM AND RADAR
INDICATES THE STORM IS INTENSIFYING.
