000 TTAA00 KMAF 251930 TORMAF TXC389-252030- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MIDLAND TX 230 PM CDT THU MAY 25 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MIDLAND HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 330 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN WEST TEXAS ...SOUTHERN REEVES COUNTY AT 230 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 3 MILES WEST OF BALMORHEA. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE EAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION. ACT QUICKLY. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. AVOID WINDOWS. ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.
