AT 222 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 8 MILES
WEST OF FORT STOCKTON...MOVING EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR. THIS STORM
WILL MOVE INTO FORT STOCKTON AT 230 PM CDT...
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.  REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO

SOME WHAT ACROSS THE FORECAST AREA LATE THIS MORNING WITH THE EXIT OF
AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE. HOWEVER WITH AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH
STILL OVER THE SOUTHWEST AND LOW LEVEL MOISTURE REMAINING IN 4PLACE
SOME ISOLATED STORMS MAYBE BECOME STRONG LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING IF SUFFICIENT SURFACE HEATING IS AVAILABLE.
