000 TTAA00 KMAF 251815 SVRMAF TXC371-251915- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MIDLAND TX 114 PM CDT THU MAY 25 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MIDLAND HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 215 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN WEST TEXAS ...NORTHERN PECOS COUNTY AT 113 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN WEST PECOS COUNTY. THIS STORM IS LOCATED 15 MILES WEST OF SMITH PLACE OR 33 MILES WEST SOUTHWEST OF FORT STOCKTON. MOVEMENT NORTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN. FOR YOUR PROTECTION MOVE TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR OF YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS. HEAVY RAINS FLOOD ROADS QUICKLY SO DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
