   BASIN UNTIL 800 PM CDT...

AT 225 PM CDT (125 PM MDT)...AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS...SOME WITH
VERY HEAVY RAIN...WAS LOCATED FROM SOUTHEAST OF FORT DAVIS TO
NORTHWEST OF ABILENE. THE HEAVIEST STORM WAS WEST OF ODESSA.
MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.
